I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at a motel in Tauranga. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped with plenty of cutlery and utensils for cooking. Additionally, the location was convenient and the pool was a nice bonus. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this motel to others.

the staff were accommodating and friendly. We were able to order food through Uber Eats which was a relief as the location is quite far from the city center.

The motel is located on a busy street, making it extremely noisy at night.

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, great air-conditioning, lovely swimming pool, easy to find.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It is situated in a central part of the city, which made it easy to navigate and explore on foot. the room was clean and well-maintained. The linens were fresh and the bathroom was spotless. Another great thing was that we were able to enjoy a complimentary breakfast during our stay, which definitely saved us some time and money.

There were some issues that really detracted from our stay. the check-in process was pretty chaotic.

the location was convenient, with a bar and liquor store nearby. the room was neat, tidy and had everything we needed. We appreciated the peacefulness and how traffic noise didn't disrupt our sleep. the staff was friendly and treated us well. the pool was clean and well maintained, and we loved lounging by the poolside.

No instructions were provided for the washing machine or hob in the kitchen. It took a bit of time to work them out, but we managed to figure it out eventually.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were more than helpful and quickly resolved any issues we had with the room's facilities. They even offered to put our washing in the dryer for us and returned it to our room when we were out. The hotel's pool was clean and refreshing, and the spa bath was a delight to use. The room was well-maintained, with daily room service replenishing toiletries, making the beds and cleaning the bathrooms. Our sleep was comfortable thanks to the lovely bed and great heat pump.
